TCBD will establish HBCU campus coordinators at Prairie View A&M, Texas Southern, Jarvis Christian, Huston-Tillotson, and Paul Quinn. The coalition will assist the campus in hosting debates, voter education summits, and campus marches to the polls. The goal is to engage 50,000 Black youth voters (ages 18–25) across Texas.

Faith & Community Leaders Mobilization
TCBD will secure 500 churches and 250 community organizations committed to voter mobilization. The coalition will assist in refining the “Souls to the Polls” statewide program with clergy and community leaders. Training and resource toolkits will be provided for community organizers.

TCBD Candidate Campaign Training Program
TCBD will launch a structured campaign school offering workshops on fundraising, messaging, digital strategy, compliance, and field operations. Building infrastructure means increasing turnout, and preparing candidates that are ready to lead.

TCBD 2026 Coordinated Campaign
