Who We Are

The Texas Coalition of Black Democrats is a powerful network of citizens, leaders, and activists dedicated to advancing political participation and representation for Black Texans. Our organization focuses on advocating for policy solutions that address systemic inequality, economic injustice, and social issues that impact the Black community.

What We Do

• Voter Outreach and Education: We engage, educate, and mobilize Black voters across Texas through phone banking, block walking, texting, and community events.
• Candidate Support: We endorse, support, and promote Black Democratic candidates who represent the values and needs of our community.
• Policy Advocacy: We push for policies that address key issues affecting Black Texans, such as criminal justice reform, healthcare, voting rights, and education.
